The service I received in the main A&E department was prompt and efficient. I was moved to CDU due to "the 4 hour wait". Once my cannula was put in for a scan (which was again prompt) I felt I was ignore. No offer of pain relief or consideration of my diabetes (having been in the department for nearly 8 hours)

The waiting times are a joke! There was nobody in the waiting area, I gave up after 2 hours went to my doctor, he sent me back to a&e. I told him the lights are on but the place is not open, if it was every busy. The waiting time must be crazy.
